studio:Z:architecture, founded by Architect Zaheer Varyawa (BA(Hons)(MArch)(ARB),

is a rapidly developing practice that has a strong ethos on the value of design within the built environment.

Over a short period of time studio:Zarchitecture has assembled an eclectic and varied portfolio of work with private and developer clients on various high-end residential schemes and commercial projects, ranging from multi-million-pound bespoke house designs & refurbishments to multi-story flat and office developments.

We cover all stages of the RIBA Plan of Works from initial brief development right up to final handover.

The practice has also recently expanded its work within the cultural sector, developing proposals for various Mosque and Temple designs within London and the South-East.

Our experience extends from design to project management and a refined wealth of knowledge working alongside highly skilled consultants, that offers a valuable resource for our client’s.

We believe in delivering projects that are design centred, explorative and budget conscious.
