Contract Administration
Issuing contractual agreements between client and contractor and dealing with payments as per stage completion.
Comment and review of contractor RAMS and CPP. Lead health and safety risk assessments and ensure that the project’s design complies with all relevant health and safety legislation.
Collaborate with the client and other duty holders to develop pre-construction information and ensure that all relevant information is shared with contractors and the project team.
Prepare and maintain a health and safety file throughout the project, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accessible.
